Overview
Corporate Transactions: Leading The Strategy
Now in its 5th year, the Bloomberg Law Leadership Forum brings legal industry leaders together to share insights on keeping their businesses agile in a changing marketplace and regulatory environment that impacts corporate transactions. The conference is by invitation only. Our programming is designed to be actionable; networking opportunities are a core part of our value.
In New York on May 30, 2019, Bloomberg Law will convene analysts, regulators, and corporate leaders to provide insights on how today’s marketplace – one in which technology and data are at the core of corporate growth strategies – creates new opportunities and risk.
The Conversations You Should Expect From Us:
Legal leaders at the forum will share new strategic insights that help inform how they advise their businesses and clients on corporate strategy. Our emphasis will be on transactions, through the lens of an evolving regulatory landscape and the increasing impact of data flows and technological disruption.
About You:
You are a legal industry leader. We invite you to attend the Leadership Forum to join and inform conversations with your peers: senior leaders from corporate legal departments and law firms.
You are business-minded and strategic. At the Bloomberg Law Leadership Forum, our approach has always been to consider the executives in our audience and on our stage as not only legal experts but also full business partners and strategic advisers to the C-suite.
